Servicing

The service department offers full after sales service to ensure that all our installed fire sprinkler systems are maintained to the current British and European standards, on an ongoing basis.

The service department work’s are audited as part of the LPS 1048 scheme.

We also offer servicing and maintenance contracts for existing installations , and have a long-standing diverse national client base which we look after and provide a professional service without UK mainland network service engineer’s. This provides a cost efficient than the competent service for the end-user.

We also have the necessary specialist knowledge as manufacturers to technically support our product range, for example for our pressurecheck's we have a number of W. R.A.S approved backflow prevention valve engineers, complete with the specialist test equipment required.

We also have Electrical engineers who can attend site and expertly and quickly, fault find on our in-house pressurecheck control panels, then associated fire pumps. The engineer will have the unique O&m manuals with him together with full technical support from the system design engineers on hand, back at the office. All changes made on site through the lifetime of the system as it is maintained will be recorded and updated in our O&m records.

Other products in range, such as Zonecheck, bellcheck and Gemini, benefit from a decade of experience in the manufacture installation and support of the products in the field, something that can be invaluable when fault finding on site.

As well as providing a comprehensive after sales service for our products, we also provide operational site training for the end-user's staff and maintenance competency training is being developed for the trade contractor to ensure a consistent high level of competency and competitiveness for the end-user after sales service.

We are now offering our new Kodecheck system, to existing and new customers to streamline and manage the efficiency of the Task of servicing and maintaining by the use I.t technology and remote automated testing equipment and devices.

Our new approved Livetap technology application's and training school ,offer a unique opportunity for the trade to cost effectively maintain fire sprinkler system's and fire protection cover throughout the maintenance work's.The culmination of over three year’s of devolopment work,this system has a lot more new exciting devolopment's still to devolop and support sprinkler system maintenance and compliance.
