Servicing

Our servicing department offers full after sales service to ensure that installed fire sprinkler systems are maintained to the current British and European Standards. All our service works are audited as part of the LPS 1048 scheme. Project Fire provides a professional service, and has a long-standing and varied national client base. We have the capability to supply comprehensive service and maintenance contracts across a wide range of fire protection systems for new and existing installations as detailed below.

Service Capability
We also have the necessary specialist knowledge as manufacturers to technically support our own product range. Further to this, our approved engineers are fully trained in varied disciplines to provide expert support for these products, complete with the specialist test equipment required. Also our engineers are backed up with full technical support from our system design engineers on hand at our office.

Our servicing team prides itself on good communication with its customers, and with known costs, we are in a great position to offer maintenance contracts that include replacement parts and provide long term, fixed priced servicing to enable our customers to plan and budget costs with confidence.

Training & Support
As well as providing a comprehensive after sales service, we also provide operational site training for the end users staff. Further to this, maintenance competency training is being developed for the trade contractor to ensure a consistent high level of competency and competitiveness for the end-user after sales service. Back at Project Fire headquarters, an approved Livetap® technology training school offers a unique opportunity for the trade to undergo full training, allowing them to cost effectively maintain fire sprinkler systems and fire protection cover throughout the duration of work. Livetap® is the result of over three years of product development.
