30 years of Innovation
At Project Fire we don't make sprinkler systems, we make sprinkler systems more sustainable.
"Our innovations are installed in thousands of buildings worldwide"
For over 30 years, Project Fire have been leading innovation in the field; designing and manufacturing equipment to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of fire sprinkler systems.
Water is key to all sprinkler systems and Project Fire products deliver tangible benefits for building owners because our technology prevents unnecessary wastage of water and energy.
All of our solutions are developed to make sprinkler systems better, each product is specially designed to address a set of needs and offers specific benefits. Across our product range we provide solutions that improve efficiency and reliability, save space, simplify installation and maintenance. Recent innovations have been designed to monitor installation performance. Also to provide auditable performance with inspection records for compliance and peace of mind.
Many of our innovations are now integral to the fire safety systems that are installed in thousands of buildings worldwide, improving fire protection, reducing water and operating costs.
- Less water usage Project Fire has proven solutions that eliminate the requirement to discharge large volumes of water every time elements of your Fire Sprinkler System are tested. We can also enable extensions and remedial work to be carried out without draining down, ensuring that the building remains protected.
- Increased energy efficiency and lower costs Replacing discharged water costs money anduses large quantities of energy, as does the unnecessary running of the Fire Pumps during testing, our solutions are able to reduce this energy consumption by up to 75%.
- Reduced life cycle carbon footprint A Sprinkler System has a typical life expectancy of around 60 years, so the water and energy saved by using Project Fire's innovative solutions will have a dramatic effect on reducing its life-time Carbon Footprint.

NextA closed loop system that re-circulates water to simulate sprinkler head operation and tests the flow switch without discharging water.
Proving Reliability
Zonecheck® The Automatic Flow Switch Testing System
A closed loop system that re-circulates water to simulate one sprinkler head in operation and tests the flowswitch without the need to discharge water.
Conventional testing of flow switches involves discharging water from the sprinkler system to generate a flow past the switch. This is not only time consuming but disruptive and on average expels 1280 litres of water for each flow switch per annum (most codes call for 4 tests per annum). Furthermore each time a flow switch test is executed in accordance with the code requirements this operation will also operate the fire pump which needs to be switched off manually after each successful test, every 13 weeks.
And most importantly, the specifier and the Authority having jurisdiction can, at any time, validate the operation of numerous flow switch operations all in 2 minutes!
Remote monitored reporting of routine inspections and tests, full asset tracking audit trailrecords
Measure & Manage
Kodecheck® Fire Sprinkler Information System
All sprinkler systems require inspecting and periodic testing but traditionally recording the results of these tests and providing an audit trail has been an operational headache.
Kodecheck solves this problem by providing remote monitoring and reporting of routine inspections and tests with full asset tracking records for an audit trail. In the event of a hazard, Kodecheck provides a detailed record of all the events and the operation of the equipment and its performance.
Kodecheck not only makes it easier to confirm the status and condition of the sprinkler system but provides a full performance record of all obligatory tests that are required. Kodecheck supports and helps to ensure that a building is properly protected and provides the building owner with the proof.
Significantly reduces water wastage when undertaking obligatory tests on alarm valves
Water Saving
Bellcheck® The Automatic Alarm Valve Testing System
Significantly reduces the water wastage when undertaking mandatory tests on automatic ‘wet’ alarm valves.
To comply with a code standard and/or an insurer requirement, it is obligatory to execute regular periodic tests on each automatic sprinkler control valve. This can result in a substantial discharge of water, typically over 630 litres per control valve per test.
Bellcheck substantially reduces this figure and can save 90% of this volume for each and every control valve installed.
Compact, self contained solution to the sprinkler problems caused by low mains pressure.
Problem Solving
Pressurecheck® The Space Efficient Sprinkler Booster System
Compact self contained solution for a sprinkler system that has problems caused by low mains water supply pressures.
Many sprinkler system are designed to utilise the utilities' mains water supply. However, to reduce leakage and save water, many utilities are reducing mains water supply pressures, unfortunately this can render a sprinkler system non-compliant.
Whilst one solution is to replace the mains supply with large volumes of stored water, there are many situations where this is simply not possible due to space constraints.
Pressurecheck solves these problems and is an effective pressure booster system that can be manufactured offsite and requires minimal installation space, saving both water and building space.
Modification and extension to 'Live' sprinkler systems without the need to drain down or de-activate
Always Open
Livetap® The Space Efficient Sprinkler Booster System
When a fire sprinkler has been installed for purposes of life safety it is vital that the system is in beneficial use 24/7. The Livetap system allows modifications and extensions to be carried out on ‘Live’ sprinkler systems without the need to take the system offline.
Traditionally systems are drained down for such works to be undertaken and the fire protection is lost which could involve evacuation if the Authority having jurisdiction deems suchaction necessary.
The Livetap system allows qualified engineers to undertake work on systems without the need to drain down, fire protection is maintained at all times and the building is fully protected and remains in use. The Livetap system is quick to use, saving massive amounts of water and minimising disruption.
Virtually eliminates accidental release of sprinklers, incorporates condition monitoring and fault alarms. Allows use of sprinklers in areas where accidental release would cause damage.
No Accidents
Gemini® Twin Head Sprinkler Valve System
Eliminates accidental release of water when one sprinkler head operates, the device incorporates condition monitoring and fault alarms. Allows use of sprinklers in vulnerable areaswhere accidental release may cause damage.
Water sprinkler systems are very effective in fighting fires but in some vulnerable locations the danger of accidental or malicious discharge could be a serious problem. Gemini is a very effective means of virtually eliminating accidental release thereby allowing sprinkler systems protection to be provided in areas that would, for reasons of vulnerability would not have previously been considered suitable.
Vertical water storage system for high rise structures.
Tall Solutions
HydroTower® High rise vertical water storage
Hydrotower is an exciting new innovation for the storage of water in buildings that saves both construction cost and floor space while providing the highest levels of water supply integrity.
Hydrotower is suitable for water storage (domestic and fire), in both low and high rise buildings, with high rise enjoying a number of additional benefits.
